⭐️ What will be your mission?
As our Marketing Manager Nordics, you’ll be a driving force behind our marketing initiatives - both locally in the Nordics and globally as part of the global marketing team. You’ll have two primary areas of responsibility:
For the Nordics market:
- Marketing strategy execution: Adapt and execute upon the marketing strategy for the Nordic region that aligns with the global marketing strategy, local business objectives and the overall company strategy. Contribute to the global marketing strategy from a Nordic market perspective.
- Campaign management: Plan, execute and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, content, PR, webinars and events/conferences) to drive brand awareness and lead generation in the Nordic markets.
- Content localisation: Ensure that all marketing content and campaigns are localised for the Nordic audience while maintaining brand consistency.
- Budget management: Oversee the regional marketing budget, ensuring all initiatives are cost-effective and deliver strong return on investment (ROI) according to metrics.
- Performance analysis: Track, analyse and report on the success of marketing campaigns, using insights to optimise future activities.
For the global marketing team:
- Product marketing execution: Leverage customer insights, surveys, and analytics to develop customer personas and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
- Customer journeys: Work with global teams to develop effective customer journeys, optimising the website, landing pages and email marketing for lead generation and conversion.
- Product communications: Collaborate with the Product team to ensure a consistent tone and communication style across all customer interactions with the product (e.g., website, AV1 Admin, AV1 App and newsletters).
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Product and Global Marketing teams to support product launches and ensure alignment in messaging across regions.

Who are you?
You are an experienced talented marketing professional with experience in both regional and product marketing, ideally within the tech or B2B sectors. You’re both creative and strategic with an eye for design and a passion for data-driven marketing. You excel in managing multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Your skill set includes…
- Marketing expertise: You have a deep understanding of marketing principles, from strategy development to execution
- Project management: Organised, detail-oriented, capable of managing budgets and deadlines effectively
- Product marketing: You’re comfortable working with customer personas, website optimisation, email marketing and analytics tools to deliver impactful product marketing campaigns
- Collaboration: You enjoy working with teams across multiple regions and functions, ensuring alignment between local and global strategies
- Language skills: You’re fluent in at least one Scandinavian language (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish) and have excellent communication skills in English
Bonus points if you're familiar with the education systems in the Nordics.
📍 Location: You’ll preferably be based in our Oslo office, with occasional travel for team meetings or conferences. You’ll report to the Global Marketing Director and work closely with the Nordics Sales Director and Product Director.
The expected salary range for this position is NOK 600 000 - 700 000. The listed expected salary range represents a good faith estimate and the actual pay may depend on a variety of job-related factors that can include experience, education and skills.

No Isolation was founded in 2015 when we developed AV1, a telepresence robot that helps children and young people stay connected to their education during long-term absences due to illness. Our mission is to help educators bring learning and belonging to every child.
