⭐️ What will be your mission?
Our People & Organization Team is growing! We’re expanding our Talent Acquisition team by adding a second Talent Acquisition Manager to help scale our efforts in attracting and hiring top talent. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best candidates to meet No Isolation’s recruitment needs as we grow in existing and new markets. Working closely with hiring managers, you will ensure they are supported in identifying and selecting the right talent to fuel our expansion.
Additionally, you’ll play a key role in enhancing our employer brand, continuously improve No Isolation’s ability to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will report to the Chief People & Organization Officer.
Please note: This is a specialized recruitment role, and we’re not looking for an P&C/HR/PO generalist. We need someone with a deep focus on talent acquisition and recruitment expertise.
What you'll be doing...
Collaborating with hiring managers:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and align the hiring process with business needs and goals
- Provide guidance on interview techniques and candidate selection processes
Sourcing and recruitment:
- Proactively source candidates across current and emerging markets
- Produce compelling job postings
- Streamline and automate recruitment tasks to improve efficiency
Working across markets:
- Support international recruitment across multiple countries, adapting to local candidate markets, hiring cultures, and role-specific expectations. We will primarily focus on hiring commercial roles over the next period
Candidate screening and assessment:
- Review resumes and applications
- Conduct initial interviews to shortlist candidates
- Manage and interpret Alva Labs assessments to support data-informed hiring decisions
Employer branding:
- Promote our employer brand across online platforms and social media
- Maintain and develop our career site to reflect No Isolation’s employee value proposition
Candidate experience:
- Ensure a positive, transparent experience for all candidates with timely communication and feedback
Building a talent pipeline:
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Use the applicant tracking system to manage candidate data
Metrics and continuous improvement:
- Track recruitment metrics and use data to optimize recruitment strategies
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in recruitment practices and technologies

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is exceptionally dedicated to and experienced in talent acquisition. You know how to do it and execute fast. You thrive in fast-paced environments, love building relationships, and are passionate about connecting people with purpose-driven work.
You bring experience from international recruitment and know how to adapt sourcing strategies, communication styles and hiring processes to suit different candidate markets and cultures. Experience from the EdTech space is beneficial.
Your skill set includes:
- You have a solid understanding of recruitment processes and tools
- Sourcing expertise: You know how to find the right candidates across various channels. Going forward we will mainly be looking to hire commercial roles (sales and customer success)
- Talent assessment: You’re confident in evaluating candidates using both structured interviews and data-driven tools like psychometric assessments
- Communication skills: You’re a great communicator, able to build trust and rapport with both candidates and hiring managers
- Organizational abilities: You’re able to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines simultaneously
- Resilience: You have a can-do mentality and can perform well under pressure
- Proactive approach: You’re self-driven and always looking for ways to learn and improve
- Fluency in English is required, both written and verbal, as you will be working with international teams and candidates

Who are we?
No Isolation was founded in 2015 when we developed AV1, a telepresence robot that helps children and young people stay connected to their education during long-term absences due to illness. Our mission is to help educators bring learning and belonging to every child.
Today, there are 4,000 active AV1 robots used across 19 European countries. Positioned in the EdTech sector, AV1 is a unique solution to the growing issue of persistent absence, supporting both the academic and social needs of students.
