We’re offering a fantastic opportunity in sales in Ed-Tech for a results-driven professional who’s ready to go beyond closing deals. 📍 Location: This position is based in the Midlands/North of England and is remote.
⭐ ️ Your mission
As Account Manager in No Isolation, your goal is to grow our business while making a real difference in education. You’ll work closely with schools, local authorities, and other stakeholders to expand the use of AV1, drive additional sales, and build lasting relationships that go beyond transactions.
- Drive growth: Protect and grow revenues by upselling and cross-selling AV1 products and services. Use your commercial expertise to demonstrate how AV1 creates value and ROI for schools, educators, and children who are absent from school.
- Customer relationships: Strengthen partnerships with schools and local authorities, becoming a trusted advisor who helps solve their challenges. Strengthen partnerships by proactively addressing client needs, resolving issues, and becoming a trusted advisor who helps solve their challenges.
- Proactive outreach: Identify new opportunities, seek referrals, and introduce our solution to potential clients.
- Event leadership: Host webinars, regional gatherings, and other events to build a strong network of educators and practitioners.
- Data-driven sales: Use insights to optimize our account strategies, track key metrics, and forecast growth. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance our account management processes, implementing best practices that drive performance.

- Product expertise: Ability to demonstrate depth of technical product knowledge and usage context and applications
- Industry knowledge: Experience in education or understanding of the challenges of schools and local authorities is a big plus.
- Passionate and credible: You have a mature and credible presence, with a passion for education and a desire to make a meaningful impact through the use of technology.
📍 Location: This position is based in the Midlands/North of England and is remote. You’ll report to the Sales Director UK and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across our organization.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 base + performance-based OTE . This range represents a good faith estimate; actual pay will depend on experience, skills, and other factors.

No Isolation was founded in 2015 when we developed AV1, a telepresence robot that helps children and young people stay connected to their education during long-term absences due to illness. Our mission is to help educators bring learning and belonging to every child.
Today, there are over 3,500 active AV1 robots used across 18 European countries. Positioned in the EdTech sector, AV1 is a unique solution to the growing issue of persistent absence, supporting both the academic and social needs of students.
