⭐️ Your role and impact.
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll take the lead in building and optimising our digital presence — from paid ads to SEO and social media. You’ll run campaigns, follow the data, and keep levelling up performance, making sure No Isolation shows up in a meaningful way wherever people are searching, scrolling or clicking.
We’re growing fast, entering new markets, and reaching more educators and children than ever before, and you’ll be a key part of that momentum, helping us cut through the noise and get our message to the right people in the right way. You’ll work closely with the rest of the Marketing and Sales team, and you’ll be our in-house go-to for anything digital — guiding and inspiring with your knowledge, and helping the team stay digitally sharp.
🛠 What you'll be creating.
- Run performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Own our SEO efforts — from keyword research to on-page/off-page improvements
- Analyse user data and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates (CRO)
- Collaborate with UX and creative designers to optimise landing pages and campaign creatives
- Identify and manage direct ad placements on relevant industry sites
- Plan and schedule organic social content tailored to different platforms
- Write and publish website articles together with the wider marketing team
- Maintain and optimise website content, including landing pages for regional
- Track and report on key metrics, media spend, and campaign ROI campaigns
🎯 Who are we looking for?
You’re someone who gets excited about digital marketing, data, and finding smart, creative ways to drive results. You know your way around campaign tools and analytics dashboards, and you’re not afraid to dive into the details and make things happen. You’re curious, up-to-date on the latest digital marketing solutions, and you love testing out new things to see what works.
Your skill set includes.…
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Solid understanding of SEM, SEO, CRO, A/B testing and analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Piwik Pro)
- Proven track record in B2B digital marketing, preferably in a tech or digital agency environment
- Experience managing direct media buys and negotiating placements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English — and ideally fluency in another language from our core markets (Scandinavian or DACH)

📍 Location: Oslo or London (hybrid). You'll work closely with both the sales team and the rest of the global marketing team. 💰 Salary: NOK 550,000–700,000 / £40,000-50,000. This range is an estimate; the actual salary will depend on experience, skills, and other factors.

No Isolation was founded in 2015 when we developed AV1, a telepresence robot that helps children and young people stay connected to their education during long-term absences due to illness. Our mission is to help educators bring learning and belonging to every child.
Today, there are over 3,500 active AV1 robots used across 18 European countries. Positioned in the EdTech sector, AV1 is a unique solution to the growing issue of persistent absence, supporting both the academic and social needs of students.
