🌟 Your role and impact.
As our Marketing Manager UK, you’ll lead the way in executing our UK marketing strategy. You’ll create and run campaigns that inspire, inform, and activate, especially among local authorities, Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs), and schools.
You’ll work at the intersection of content, campaigns and collaboration — producing high-quality materials, tailoring global messaging to the UK market, and ensuring every initiative is grounded in insight and tied to clear goals.
This is a key role in a fast-growing international company with a social mission at its core. You’ll work closely with the UK sales team and be a vital bridge between global marketing and local needs. You’ll have the opportunity to shape not just campaigns, but also how we grow our brand and presence in a key market.
🧩 What you'll be doing.
- Own and execute the UK marketing strategy in alignment with company goals and the global marketing plan
- Share UK market insights to inform global strategic direction
- Plan and deliver targeted, multichannel campaigns across paid, owned and earned media — including content, social, PR, events and webinars
- Generate high-quality leads from UK public-sector stakeholders such as local authorities, MATs and schools
- Adapt and evolve messaging to reflect the realities and priorities of the UK education sector
- Create case studies, whitepapers and sales enablement assets in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Manage the UK marketing budget, making data-driven decisions on spend and media mix
- Optimise channel performance to maximise campaign ROI
- Track and analyse performance across all marketing efforts and turn insights into actionable improvements
- Work closely with the UK Sales team, Global Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and messaging
- Own the UK marketing voice and act as the go-to expert for all UK-specific initiatives
🎯 Who we’re looking for.
You’re a strategic marketer who thrives in a hands-on environment. You understand how to craft messages that resonate, and you care deeply about turning purpose into performance. You understand the UK education landscape and can confidently engage with local authorities, MATs, and schools.
Your skill set includes:
- Proven experience in B2B marketing — ideally with public and/or education sector
- Strong campaign planning and project management skills
- Excellent writing skills in English and the ability to tailor tone, content and structure for different audiences
- Experience working across paid, owned, and earned media
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and KPIs
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, Piwik Pro Analytics, and/or equivalent

- Balance creative thinking with a strong sense of commercial impact
- Are proactive, pragmatic and comfortable managing multiple projects

No Isolation was founded in 2015 when we developed AV1, a telepresence robot that helps children and young people stay connected to their education during long-term absences due to illness. Our mission is to help educators bring learning and belonging to every child.
Today, there are over 3,500 active AV1 robots used across 18 European countries. Positioned in the EdTech sector, AV1 is a unique solution to the growing issue of persistent absence, supporting both the academic and social needs of students.
