No Isolation is an award-winning scale-up in EdTech with offices in Oslo, Munich, and London. Our flagship solution, the AV1 robot, is now part of school systems in 19 countries, with more than 4,000 units deployed and growing. In this way, we help children who are unable to attend school stay connected, participate in class, and maintain a sense of belonging. Overwhelming feedback from children and parents shows that the AV1 is life-changing – restoring childhood happiness and helping children pass grades they would typically fail.

We’ve shown that AV1 changes what inclusion looks like for schools and families; now we aim to make that impact accessible everywhere. Our vision is to create a partnership ecosystem that multiplies reach - scaled through trusted partners equipped to sell, implement, and support AV1 nationally with speed.
As Partnership Manager, you will turn that vision into executed market entries and sustained partner performance. You’ll transform strategic direction into fully operational partnerships, selecting and enabling partners and resellers to deliver results on the ground. You’ll focus on execution — driving partner acquisition, building a pipeline of new partners, and driving revenue growth. This is a hands-on role for a commercial operator who enjoys travel, persuasion, and delivery. Your work will set the foundations for our next phase of international growth — turning partnership strategy into national access, making inclusion a practical choice for every education system in countries we enter.
What You’ll Do — Scope & Responsibilities
- Partner and Reseller Acquisition: Identify, engage, and secure high-potential partners and resellers in priority European markets. Drive outreach, build executive relationships, present our value proposition, and lead negotiations from first contact to signature in coordination with leadership
- Driving of Sales Outcomes: Develop and implement incentive structures and support measures to maximise partner engagement and sales results. Onboard and prepare partners for success. Conduct monthly business reviews to sustain momentum, reinforce accountability, and ensure alignment
- Partner Pipeline Building: Build and maintain a structured partner acquisition pipeline that gives clear visibility on upcoming deal flow and stage progression.
- Relationship and Account Stewardship: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partner executives—grounded in transparency, shared goals, and long-term collaboration. Keep the partner portfolio on track to maximize TCV (total contract value) and ARR (annual recurring revenue)
- Development of Partnership Model: Build a repeatable, efficient model for No Isolation’s partner-based growth, in a way that maintains operational simplicity and scalability
What You Bring — Experience & Capabilities
- Execution drive: Exceptional desire and aptitude for achieving strong business results and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve this
- Partnership / Reseller Execution: Experienced in managing reseller partnerships, with a track record of achieved partnership results through effective incentive structures and cooperation models
- Senior-level salesmanship: Operates confidently at C-suite level, clearly articulating value propositions and leading negotiations with clarity and tact
- Commercial Acumen and Analytical Ability: Combines quantitative depth with problem-solving ability —able to dissect partner performance and respond with pragmatic, commercially sound solutions
- Persuasion, Relationships and Influence: Strong at relationship-building and networking, with sensitivity to differences in language, norms and business etiquette across Europe
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust approach to differing market maturity, partner profiles and shifting priorities
- Language & Mobility: Highest proficiency in English (additional European languages a plus). Comfortable with extensive travel across Europe

Location
This position is remote within Europe, and frequent travel across the region is expected. Ideally based in a major European hub city for efficient regional travel. You will report to our Chief Growth Officer and interface with functional teams in Munich, London, and Oslo.
