A few words from our employees

After thirty years working in the public sector I was thrilled to be offered a position at No Isolation. In my new role I am able to put my experience and competence to great use in helping our customers see the value in AV1. I am really motivated in how I can show how more children can benefit from the technology.

Our mission is to help educators bring learning and belonging to every child. And that's exactly what I do every day by creating awareness for our AV1 school robot. Work is a big part of our lives and that's why it's important for me to work for an employer and in a team where I feel absolutely comfortable!

I joined NI after being a client for 4 years, and I love being here. The company culture and team ethos is wonderful. I have never worked anywhere before where I have been made to feel so welcome and valued. It feels like a whole team effort and we are all working towards the same goal.

So funny that you ask! Each job advertisement states when you can expect a response. But, never more than a week! It depends a bit on the type of job, and we process applications continuously. Sometimes it takes time to find the right match. Contact us in the chat if you think it has been a long time!

Our recruitment process is designed to be both professional and engaging. Early on, we send out tests in partnership with Alva Labs to better understand a candidate’s potential and working style. These tests are one of several methods we use to ensure a fair and comprehensive selection. The process includes three interview stages: an initial conversation, a deeper interview with test feedback, and a case interview that you’ll have time to prepare for. After that, we move on to the final steps, including reference checks, hiring decision, and a final talk about compensation and benefits.

GDPR is the abbreviation for General Data Protection Regulation, also referred to as the Privacy Regulation. This is a regulation, or a new privacy law if you will, which was adopted in the EU and entered into force on 25 May 2018.
The whole point of this new law is to protect personal data and the processing of these in the EU. That is, to check that personal information about me and you are collected and taken care of in a secure way, and at the same time give users more rights when it comes to our own information.
As a member of both the EEA and Schengen, the law also applies to Norway. This means that all Norwegian companies have to comply with the new privacy regulation, regardless of size, as long as they receive and process information that can be linked to individuals. Be it customers, stakeholders, or own employees.
