Today, there are over 3,500 active AV1 robots used across 18 European countries. Positioned in the EdTech sector, AV1 is a unique solution to the growing issue of persistent absence, supporting both the academic and social needs of students.

Finding the right match goes both ways.
Recruitment is one of the most important things we do, and we take the time to ensure we hire the best people — while also giving you the opportunity to decide if No Isolation is the right place for you.
Our process is a two-way assessment, designed to help both sides make a confident and informed decision.It’s built to be both professional and engaging. Early in the process, you’ll complete a set of psychometric tests through Alva Labs. These help us understand your potential, working style, and abilities. The tests are one of several tools we use to ensure a fair and holistic selection process.
From there, the process includes three interview stages:
Initial conversation – a chance to get to know each other, discuss your motivation, and give you insight into No Isolation and the role.
In-depth interview – a competency-based conversation where we explore your experience, skills, and motivations in more detail, and take a deeper dive into your Alva Labs test results to better understand your potential and working style.
Case interview – you’ll receive a case in advance and have time to prepare. The case helps us see how you think, structure your approach, and solve problems relevant to the role.
Finally, we complete reference checks, and invite you to a meeting with our CEO.

About No Isolation
No Isolation was founded in Oslo, Norway, in 2015 and developed AV1. AV1 enables long-term absent students to continue learning and remain part of their school community from home or hospital. No Isolation's 41 employees work across Europe, with offices in Oslo, Munich and London, and has exciting expansion plans for the future. AV1 is the answer to the growing problem of school absenteeism, with over 4,000 active robots in 18 countries.
