As Head of Trust Partnerships, you’ll be a vital part of our UK sales team, focusing on acquiring and retaining multi-academy trust (MAT) and school federation clients, with a particular emphasis on large, national MATs. This role combines sales, relationship building, and account management, offering an exciting opportunity to develop and manage a significant client portfolio.
⭐️ What will be your mission?
As the Head of Trust Partnerships, you’ll lead No Isolation's growth within the MAT sector, developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue and rapid market expansion. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging new clients, promoting AV1, closing deals, and managing long-term relationships with contracted clients to support their needs and our mission.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Lead the full sales cycle for MATs and school federations, from prospecting and demos to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with multi-academy trusts (MATs) and school federations.
- Identify market trends, create targeted strategies, and optimize sales tactics to meet sector needs.
- Represent No Isolation at fairs, events, and exhibitions, enhancing our presence and connections within the education sector.
- Build and lead a growing MAT sales team to support No Isolation’s rapid market growth.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance insights to senior leadership.
- Regular travel across the UK to engage in face-to-face meetings with current and prospective clients.

Who are you?
You’re an experienced business development professional with a strong background in sales. Ideally, you bring:
- 5+ years of experience in UK sales, ideally in EdTech or sales to the education sector.
- Established connections within the UK education sector.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
- Experience with CRM tools to manage leads and track performance.
- A proactive, strategic, and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving and negotiation.
- A passion for supporting schools, trusts, and education to make a meaningful impact.
This role would be a great fit for someone with a successful sales background in EdTech, alternative provision or assistive technology within the UK education market.
📍 Location: Preferably based in the London area, but we are open to other locations within the UK, with regular travel for face-to-face client meetings.
The expected salary range for this position is 50,000 - 60 000 GBP. The listed expected salary range represents a good faith estimate and the actual pay may depend on a variety of job-related factors that can include experience, education and skills.
