At No Isolation, we are looking for a committed education professional to help transform how schools support children who are unable to attend due to illness or other long-term challenges. Through our telepresence robot AV1, these students can continue to take part in school life and stay connected to their classmates and teachers – even when they cannot be there in person.

What will be your mission?

In this role, you will act as a trusted partner for schools, municipalities (Kommunen), and education authorities, helping them implement and maximize the value of AV1. You will guide them through successful trials, ensure smooth rollouts, and support their long-term adoption of the solution.

You will define success criteria, follow up on progress, coordinate with internal teams, and identify new opportunities where remote access to education can make a real difference for students.

As the go-to expert for your clients, you will provide professional guidance on everything from AV1’s technical setup to its pedagogical integration. Drawing on your background in education, you will ensure that AV1 is not just a piece of technology, but a meaningful contribution to inclusion and participation in German schools.

Your insights from the field will also play an important role in helping us continuously improve how we support schools and adapt to the evolving German education landscape.

Who are we looking for?

You’re someone who brings credibility and care into every conversation, and you’re not afraid to take ownership. We believe you may recognize yourself in the following:

• Background in education, preferably with experience in inclusion, digitalization, or school development
• Understanding of the German education system and its structures (Länder, Schulträger, Kommunen)
• Experience collaborating with local education authorities, municipalities or ministries of education (Bildungsministerien)
• Ability to navigate both pedagogical and administrative environments
• Excellent communication skills in German, and good written and spoken English
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and genuine passion for making a difference

Location: We’re looking for someone based in Berlin or the eastern part of Germany. We have offices in Munich, London, and Oslo, and you'll report to our Director of Customer Success and work closely with cross-functional teams across all locations. While the role is remote, our Munich office offers the chance to connect and collaborate in person when desired.
